IMS is a medical tourism facilitation service. We help connect prospective patients with independent, third-party hospitals and wellness centres in India, and assist with coordination such as hospital matching, cost estimates, and travel logistics guidance.
IMS is not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, or healthcare provider, and we do not employ or supervise the physicians, surgeons, or medical staff at any partner hospital. All medical treatment is provided solely by the independent hospital or clinic you ultimately choose, under a direct relationship between you and that provider.
Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Content on the Site — including treatment descriptions, hospital information, cost estimates, and patient testimonials — is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation.
Always seek the advice of a qualified physician regarding any medical condition or treatment decision. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry or otherwise use the Site on your own behalf. If you are submitting an inquiry for a minor or dependent, you represent that you are their parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorised to act on their behalf.

Partner hospitals and clinics referenced on the Site are independent entities. Any agreement, consent form, payment, or treatment plan you enter into is directly between you and that provider — IMS is not a party to that agreement and is not liable for the acts, omissions, treatment quality, billing practices, or conduct of any third-party hospital, physician, or service provider.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of I.M.S Medical Services Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and uses third-party services (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Google reCAPTCHA) for analytics, advertising, and spam protection. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 5,000, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I.M.S Medical Services Private Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your interactions with any third-party hospital or provider referred through the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.
